Shipping

Shipping times vary based on availability and type of product, often indicated in the description below the product itself. Usually the delivery of the purchased jewels takes place within 48 hours to 7 days from the order confirmation date, within 30 days for personalized and non-catalogue jewellery. We always recommend contacting us for information regarding delivery times or to agree shipping dates.

Information on right of withdrawal

Except as otherwise provided in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by the art. 59, primo comma, del D.Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), you have the right to return from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you has received the product. To exercise the right of return, we invite you to write to us by email at [email protected] or contact us directly at our sales point 06/5022030 – opening hours from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 If you decide to activate the right of return, you will be refunded the payments you have made. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The refund may be suspended until the goods have been received and until the Quality office has demonstrated that the goods have been delivered in compliance with what is reported in the following points. It is also possible to request via the Site the replacement of products purchased online with a different size or color variant of the same products.

We remind you that the products must be returned in perfect condition, in particular:
1. The product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received.
2. It is mandatory that the document containing the certification of the diamonds is intact and in perfect condition.
3. The shopping bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

 

 

 

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

We inform you that pursuant to art. 59, primo comma, lettera c) del D. Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Codice del consumo), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of “custom-made or clearly personalized products”. With reference to the aforementioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you are informed and accept that the “products made to measure or clearly personalized” include the products indicated as customizable in the relevant information sheet, following their customization if requested by you.

 

 

Returned due to defect or non-compliance

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as the reason for the return during the online return request to be carried out in the same way as described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images relating to the defect found and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping.
